Are there any setup or maintenance fees?
No. There are no setup fees on the Starter or Growth plans. You only pay per transaction, based on the rate confirmed during onboarding.
How is pricing calculated for Payouts?
Payouts are priced per transaction based on volume and the rails used (UPI, IMPS or NEFT). Your account manager will share exact rates as part of onboarding.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can move from Starter to Growth (or request Enterprise terms) at any time as your transaction volume grows. There's no lock-in period.
Do you offer volume-based discounts?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include volume-based pricing — the more you process, the lower your effective rate. Talk to our sales team for a custom quote.
